We accept credit card payment for online orders
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered

Shipping
We have three shipping options available; FedEx 2 day, FedEx Overnight and UPS Ground. All three have tracking available and you will receive this tracking number as soon as order is processed.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in California. Tax for orders shipped to California will have sales tax automatically added to the order total. Shipments to the following states will be charged sales tax California.

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30 day return period.  Returns other than defective or incorrect shipments will incur a 10% RESTOCKING FEE, accessories will incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately at customerservice@pogoelectronics.com. If you feel you have received defective product please contact techsupport@pogoelectronics.com to get an official RMA number. Shipping will refuse shipments without an official RMA number and we WILL NOT reimburse your shipping cost and any delays will count as part of your 30 day return privilege time. Any missing product accessories will be charged back at the full retail price. Contact customer service for the current pricing of all product accessories.

Processing an Order
At PoGo! Products we understand your desire to receive your order quickly. We move as quickly as possible to fulfill and ship your product, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Customer will receive a confirmation of order processed with the FedEx tracking number within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (If you have an urgent need, please contact orders@pogoelectronics.com to arrange quick order process) Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. When selecting FedEx express shipping, keep in mind the processing time.

How to Change Your Order
If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us orders@pogoelectronics.com, please include your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
